    What is the frequency of the sessions with you?

    ​

    We will meet every week so that we can review your objectives and goals, checkout strategies and re-adapt our initial plan if needed. Then, we will meet fortnightly. Please note that it also really depends on your requirements, so we can adapt the frequency or your sessions and review the program accordingly. Usually, clients get more confident after 4 weeks together and we reduce the frequency at this point of time, but it is not  "one size fits all" approach.

    How can I book my 12 weeks wellbeing coaching program?

    What is the duration of each session?

    ​

    Each session is 45min to 1 hour depending if you have any specific questions.

    ​

    Can I contact you between two sessions?

    ​

    During my program, you can email me anytime to ask me any particular question you might have. I am offering Ongoing email support during the period.

    ​

    How can you deliver the program?

    ​

    This program can be delivered in English or French by phone, Skype or face to face. If you live in Hunters Hill / Gladesville/ Ryde area, I am also happy to come to your place FREE of charge as I know how difficult it is to find time for you when you are busy.​

    What is the price?

    ​

    12 weeks wellbeing coaching program:      $375 (8 sessions + grocery shopping tour)

    ​

    When you have completed a program you can book individual follow up session for $50/session.​

    I do sometimes offer specials and can also review your program based on your requirements. So, do not hesitate to contact me!
