130g rolled oats 60g coconut flakes 70g sunflower seeds 60g pumpkin seeds 20g linseeds 50g raw almonds 80g raw cashews 50g dried cranberries (optional) 25g (2 tbsp) of agave nectar (or raw honey) 15ml (2tbsp) of coconut oil - You can also use Macadamia oil
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees C.
Chop the nuts (almonds and nuts) in 2-3 small pieces.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, seeds, nuts and dried cranberries (optional)
Pour in the agave nectar/honey, and coconut oil/macadamia oil. Stir to blend.
Place your granola in a baking tray covered by a piece of baking paper.
Place your granola in your oven at 180 degrees for 8 minutes
Then remove the baking tray, stir the granola and add the coconut flakes
Place your granola in your oven at 180 degrees for another 5-6 minutes or until the granola is golden.
Remove the granola and let it cool before placing it into a glass container.
You can enjoy it as it is, or with some yoghurt and fruits for a nice breakfast.
Notes : You can swap the honey by 3 tbsp of peanut butter for another version of this granola.
