I have been inspired with the fruits I have in my fridge this morning : Watermelon, kiwi and blueberries. I also had a bottle of coconut water. So I made this great Watermelon, kiwi and blueberries coconut water smoothie!! My kids and I absolutely love it!

60g fresh watermelon chunks
330 ml of coconut water
60g of fresh blueberries
2 kiwis, in chuncks, keep one slice to decorate (optional)
Coconut powder to decorate (optional)
- Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until desired consistency is reached. You can add extra blueberries if you like thicker smoothie, or more water or watermelon if you don't like when it is too thick.
- Serve in glasses and decorate with coconut powder and kiwis.
