Cucumber, celery and apple smoothie

Cucumbers are the perfect friend for those looking to lose weight as it is low in calories and high in fiber!
And it contains lots of nutrients : vitamin K, B vitamins, potassium, vitamin C, copper and manganese.
Celery is also very rich of antioxidants and phytonutrients such as phenolic acids, flavonols, flavones, furanocoumarins, and phytosterols and dihydrostilbenoids...
And this smoothie beauty is also incredibly tasty!! I used coconut water and mint as well, loved it!
This recipe will make one large smoothie glass.
Ingredients
1 cucumber peeled and diced
250 ml of coconut water
4 stalks of celery, diced
1 apple, cut in thick slices
2 leaves of mint to serve
Method
Place all ingredients in the blender
Blend on high for 30-60 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.
You can also add 2 ice cubes if you like it very cold.
Serve in glasses
Notes: If you prefer a thicker consistency for your smoothie, use less coconut water.
