Beetroot dip is so easy to make, and it tastes much better than the commercialised dips you can find in the supermarkets. Like the hummus, It is a perfect homemade dip to use with crackers and raw vegetables such as carrots, celery or cucumbers.
Who loves Nutella? Well I must admit I do love it but unfortunately it is not healthy : lots of refined sugars, vegetable oil and even salt!!
I made a healthier version with hazelnuts, cacao powder, milk and raw honey. You can make it with rice malt syrup to make it vegan. The recipe is quite simple : just blend hazelnuts until very smooth then add cacao powder, milk and honey and process again.
