" Just completed an 8 session program with Nadege and really pleased with the outcome. I have been putting on weight a lot recently even though I was eating fairly healthy/ unprocessed but with our sessions I have reversed the curve and now losing weight. I am much more in control of what I eat and my relationship with food has totally changed and as an outcome I have reduced portions which was my biggest challenge. I still eat what I like but the little changes have made a great impact. So great job!
